The CJR Commander Series features a generous 44.2-millimeter case that is ideal for wrists of all sizes. This case is made from durable, resilient stainless steel that can last for years to come. The dial itself comes with super-luminous hands and hour markers to ensure that the CJR Commander Series makes it simple to tell the time in any condition or light setting. There is a 24-hour indicator window to fall in line with the military theme of these timepieces.
Protecting the watch face is a mineral glass dome that disallows scratches to befall the dial. Keeping the time inside of the watch is a Japanese Miyota 82S7 movement that is both reliable and accurate. It also boasts a 3 ATM water resistance. A total of 21 jewels can be found within the watch. It has a self-serviceable screw back design, something that their previous watches did not have. A 42-hour power reserve keeps your watch going no matter what. Finally, genuine Italian leather quick-release straps ensure simple changing of the straps.
Currently, the CJR Commander Series watches are being crowdsourced on the crowdfunding site, Kickstarter. At the time of writing, they have reached their goal of $35,000 by raising a total of $52,723 with 48 hours to go. Pledging a minimum of $449 gives you a watch at an early bird rate.
