Dan Henry Watches: A Collectors Dream Brought to Life

In the watchmaking world, many timepiece manufacturers started their businesses out of a drive to create a new market for watches. On the other hand, Dan Henry started as a vintage watch collector that enjoyed the entire process of hunting down timepieces, right to the negotiation of the price. After 30 years of collecting over 1,500 vintage watches, he wanted to share his passion for rare, retro timepieces with the world, bringing to it the opportunity for everyone to own such beautifully rare pieces. Thus, Dan Henry was born!

There are four distinct watches in his collections–the 1947, 1963, 1968, and 1970–and each have their own benefits. What is common throughout is their stainless steel composition, making all of these watches just as sleek and handsome as they are durable. The sapphire material covering the watch face makes up a double domed mineral glass that has been treated to resist reflection and glares for your comfort.

The 1963 and 1968 feature a reliable and very popular Japanese movement called the Miyota 6S20 quartz with smooth motion center seconds. The 1947 and the 1970 feature a Seiko VD78 quartz movement and an Automatic Seiko Caliber NH35 movement, respectively. All of these watches come with one canvas and genuine leather roll and an assortment of straps that can be easily switched out on a daily basis using their easy click system.

The Dan Henry Collections can be found on his website and retail for $190-$250, depending on the watch. Each watched comes standard with free international shipping, so head over to his website to learn more.
