For men who prefer minimalistic modern timepieces, it may seem that in order to get that minimal look, it’s necessary to pay a maximum price. So many of the well-known designers that offer these sorts of styles charge prices that simply aren’t accessible for the everyday man, but INSTRMNT is working to change that with their value-priced line of men’s minimalist watches.
Based in Glasgow, Scotland, INSTRMNT specialises in contemporary watchmaking, drawing inspiration from the industrial designs that were popular throughout Europe during the 20th century. The name of the brand speaks to the idea of a watch being an instrument for time-keeping, a tool or device that should be precision engineered and crafted from the finest of components. To accomplish that goal, INSTRMNT gathers the best materials from all over the world. The timekeeping mechanisms are Swiss Ronda 585 3H movement systems, while the leather straps used in the design are artisan crafted in Germany. Sapphire crystal glass is used in the design of the watches as well as solid steel casings that are PVD coated for durability.
Despite the quality of all of the materials used in the designs of INSTRMNT watches, the timepieces in the collection are still very affordable. The brand’s first line of watches, known as the 01 Series, features price points of £180, €250 or $280, making the watches much more affordable than designer luxury watches.
At this time, INSTRMNT timepieces are available for purchase on the INSTRMNT official website. The brand produces watches in small batches, so styles are known to sell out frequently. We hope to offer INSTRMNT in our watch collection soon.
