New Designer Hopes to Launch Elegant Watch Brand

Every luxury watch brand that has made billionaires started with a single watchmaker who had a passion for timepieces. Now, a 24-year-old German named Sebastian Weber is hoping to put his love for watches and eye for design to use to become one of the next big names in the world of luxury watches with his brand–Sam Watches.

Sam Watches are easy to distinguish from other timepieces on the market today because of the whimsical logo that Weber has chosen for his brand. Right below the 12 o’clock position, you’ll find the image of a dog, the brand’s mascot. The faces of the timepieces have a simple, modern appeal with bar markers at every demarcation and dual bars at the cardinal quarterly points. The initial line of Sam Watches will have three designs, silver and white with a brown leather strap, bronze and white with a white leather strap and silver and black with a black leather strap.

In order to make his dream of launching his line of high quality watches a reality, Sebastian Weber has made a Kickstarter campaign to raise money to bring Sam Watches into production. When this profile was written, there were 13 days remaining in the campaign that is slated to end on 9 October 2015. More than $150 had been raised toward the final goal of $5024. Those interested in being one of the first people to own Sam Watches can become one for pledging just $63.
