Scuro Watches: A Truly Perfect Diver

Dive watches have long been a popular option in the world of watches for men, but finding the perfect one can be a challenge. Well-made diver watches can cost a small fortune, and many are designed only with function in mind and are impractical because they can’t be worn for everyday fashion as a result. More affordable options may be less reliable, and the majority are bulky and awkward, making them inconvenient for divers.

Now, there is finally an economical alternative to high-priced luxury watches that is finely crafted, comfortable to wear and stylish enough for the street–Scuro Watches. In order to make their timepieces durable yet lightweight, the designers at Scuro have crafted their cases out of titanium rather than stainless steel. The watch is powered by a Miyota 9015 caliber movement with a 42-hour power reserve and 24 jewels, making it incredibly reliable. The watch is water resistant at depths of up to 200 meters and features Superluminous markings and an anti-reflective sapphire crystal face for easy reading on land or in the water.

Scuro Watches is bringing their innovative line of diver watches to the market through a crowd funding campaign on Kickstarter. The company started their campaign with a funding goal of $48,571 and had already raided $33,071 at the time that this profile was written. With 16 days remaining in their campaign, Scuro Watches seems to be on pace to be fully funded. Watches are expected to be shipped in November 2016, just in time for the holiday gift-giving season.
