Covid-19 Information: Effects on shipping and delivery by Deutsche Post
In individual cases, the delivery of shipments can take up to three weeks within Europe at present time and may take longer outside Europe, ex shipments to the US can take from 4-9 weeks as ocean instead of air freight is currently used by the post. Our delivery partner Deutsche Post is doing everything in its power to make sure your shipment is delivered as quickly as possible, and you can check the expected delivery time to your specific country on the Deutsche Post website. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding under these exceptional circumstances.
Orders are shipped out daily. Shipment will take place immediately after receipt of payment.
Free worldwide shipping on all orders over 99€, for orders under this amount the shipping cost are:
- Shipping to Germany (Deutsche Post) 2€ (incl. VAT) Or Deutsche Post with Tracking 5€ (incl. VAT)
- Shipping to EU 5€ (incl. VAT) and 9€ with tracking (incl. VAT)
- Shipping to World 9€ with tracking (excl. VAT)
- Germany 2 – 5 working days
- EU 5 – 10 working days
- World 9 – 20 working days
- All orders outside the EU will be shipped with tracking, together with larger orders inside the EU.
In case WatchBandit has reason to question buyer’s solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, WatchBandit has no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products undercarriage unless the buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relationship or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by WatchBandit.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages, you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
WatchBandit return period is 14 days. WatchBandit shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and delivery and as soon as possible, but the latest within 14 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a service. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product.
In your message to us, you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received your complete order.. If you have purchased a customized product -or a product with significant personal customization, the return period is counted from the day WatchBandit has informed you about the product.
When returning a product
Please keep the product in the same condition as when delivered. If the product has been used and shows signs of wear WatchBandit will possibly retain parts of the payment as compensation for the lost value.
WatchBandit is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
