While Switzerland, Japan and Scandinavia are most well-known for watch-making, England has also been a center for crafting luxury timepieces. Today, one brand is seeking to capture classic British sensibility in the design of a watch that is sophisticated and professional, yet still very affordably priced.
The watch in question is the Blenheim London Ludwig van Beethoven Watch, named for the famed composer. The name perfectly suits the watch, as it has classic detailing that captures the elegance and refinement of classical music. Plus, the timepiece has a timeless quality, just like Beethoven’s symphonies, and will able to be worn for years to come.
Made from 316L stainless steel, the Blenheim London Ludwig van Beethoven Watch has a uniquely shaped case that is part oval, part rectangle. A Miyota caliber 9015, 24 jewels movement system is at the heart of the timepiece, and it comes in a variety of face and hand colors. The timepiece has an interchangeable strap design that makes it possible to change its look to suit the occasion.
To launch the Blenheim London Ludwig van Beethoven Curve Watch, Blenheim has created a Kickstarter campaign. When the campaign began, the brand had set a total goal of $4,187, and at the time this blog post was composed, they had already received $5,898 in pledges from more than 30 backers. With 18 days left to go in the campaign, there is still plenty of time for gents to contribute and receive the Blenheim London Ludwig van Beethoven when it ships in June of this year.
