The Collins Watch: A Timeless Fusion of Two Passions

Born out of a love for the clean, minimalistic and practical design of classic military field watches, The Collins Watch is a testament to the love of simplistic, professional appeal. With a love for recording music, the creator of The Collins Watch has also included a few nods to his background in music, as evidenced by the very artistic “volume knob” that serves as the crown of the timepiece. The special elements that bring the watch to an artistic crescendo allow this timepiece to stand out among others in the industry, as it is rare that such unique interests should be incorporated into the perfect timepiece.

The Collins Watch begins by utilizing a reliable and accurate SEIKO NH35A Automatic movement that features an impressive 41-hour power reserve. A 316L stainless steel case available in black PVD or Beadblast silver houses the Seiko movement and provides water resistance to 100 meters. A durable, scratch-resistant Sapphire crystal enhances the pristine dial that features super-luminova “old radium” Lume that helps keep it clear and readable in even the darkest of environments. With a selection of different bands including a custom, genuine leather strap and black and green nylon Zulu bands, you can dress this watch up or down to complement your attire at your discretion.

As of the time of writing, The Collins Watch is being crowdfunded on Kickstarter. It has raised $32,076 of its $35,000 goal with 21 days left to go. By making a pledge of $245 or more, you can save a hefty amount on getting your first watch when the campaign has reached its goal. These watches will ship to any location in the world.
