NOMOS Glashütte - Club Campus Strap Guide
The NOMOS Club Campus is the entry-level watch from Glashütte, but it seems already on its way to replace the Bauhaus-style classic NOMOS Tangente from its first place of the most sold watch. At least the social media and NOMOS Facebook groups make you believe it; The NOMOS Glashütte Club Campus is often shared, discussed, and introduced as "my first NOMOS" watch. Another reason that speaks for the Club Campus is its versatility; It's a true strap-monster and that's why we'd like to show you the best strap combinations for your NOMOS Club Campus in our Strap-Guide. 
NOMOS Club Campus Nacht 736 with green premium nylon strap by WB Original It clearly owes its popularity to its design: Not as classy and minimalistic as the NOMOS Tangente, but yet sporty, clear, and fresh. The Club Campus has a dial, which is rather unusual for modern watches, the so called "California-Dial"; The dial face consists of half Roman and half Arabic numerals. During the 1930s the dial was used for Kampfschwimmer (combat diver) dive watches for better readability underwater, for example in early Rolexes, Panerai, Glycine watches. The Roman numerals break with the usual plain NOMOS design and furthermore provide a clear and visible point of difference to the other Club models. Additionally, the hands and hour markers are now filled with Super-LumiNova and the neon orange seconds hand (that symbolizes that it contains the in-house caliber) provides another pop of color.

Sportive: Nylon Strap
The versatility of the Club Campus allows it to be worn with every kind of nylon strap. Our premium nylon watch band with polished stainless steel hardware matches the polished case of the watch perfectly. Alternatively, we offer single-layer adjustable straps with multiple colors.
If you are not a fan of single-piece straps, or if you want to have a look at your see-through case back from time to time, we also offer two-piece bands. The touch of the strap is much softer, comfortable, and doesn't sit so high on your wrist, so it gives a more premium feel. Explorer Style: Canvas Strap
A Canvas Strap gives your NOMOS Club Campus the perfect explorer style, that this tool watch deserves, no matter if you're exploring the hot desert (beige) or the jungle (green), the city (grey/blue), or the night (black). Our WatchBandit Original Canvas bands are made from high quality and durable cotton (90%) and viscose (10%). Our Canvas strap can be perfectly adjusted, even for big wrists, due to its 10 adjustment holes. With an 18 cm / 7 inch wrist, you're in the 6th hole of the strap when the watch is on your wrist. Most canvas straps have a layer of leather on the inside of the strap, but we have renounced it because leather won't last as long as a canvas when it's exposed to sweat and water.
Modern Explorer: Sailcloth Strap
The WB Original Sailcloth Strap is a little similar to the Canvas Strap, but it's made of extremely durable Sailcloth-Nylon. It is a little thicker and has an inner layer of genuine black leather, to raise the comfort. The Sailcloth watch band is a little stiff in the beginning, due to the very durable special nylon, but after a gentle massage and some time wearing, it will merge with your wrist. It has 8 adjustment holes for your perfect fit. The buckle is made from 316L stainless steel and has a brushed finish, with a WB engraving. Which strap size does my NOMOS Club Campus need?
The NOMOS Glashütte Club Campus lug width can vary from 18 to 20 mm. The Club Campus 38 Ref.735 has a lug width of 20mm, which is the most common lug width for watches larger than 36mm in diameter. A Club Campus Ref.708 (36mm in diameter) has a lug width of 18mm. More about how to find out which strap size your watch needs you'll find here.
How do I change the bracelet or strap on my NOMOS?
To change the bracelet of your NOMOS watch, you'll need a spring bar tool with a 1 mm fork or pin, that fits in the openings of the bracelet/holed lugs, for example, the Bergeon 6767 spring bar tool.
