Designed for clarity, reliability, and wearability in the harshest underwater conditions, this model adds visual depth to the collection with a dial that transitions from deep black to ocean blue, an homage to the diver’s journey from darkness into light.
The gradient dial is more than just an aesthetic flourish; it reflects the emotional core of diving, the shift from silent pressure to the breath of air on ascent. For freedivers like Fabio Tunno, it mirrors that critical, liberating moment.
As with all AQUASPHERE models, the Ocean Fade is water-resistant up to 30 bar (300 meters) and features a robust stainless steel case, a screw-down crown, and a ceramic bezel that rotates unidirectionally with precise 60-minute graduations. The bezel is available in either black or blue, allowing divers to match their gear or style preference.
A new two-tone rubber strap—blue and black, is both comfortable and durable, and is also compatible with other AQUASPHERE models, including the FreeFall Blue. For maximum legibility, Super-LumiNova® C1 GL X2 is applied to the hands, numerals, and indices, including the bezel’s triangle marker and the distinctive 12. The red-tipped second hand and bar-marked hour hand help differentiate the time at a glance, while the rehaut enables precise second tracking.
