Return Policy

The return period for WatchBandit items is 30 days, starting from the day you receive the complete order.

As per our return policy, we will refund the amount for the unused product, provided that the watches are completely covered in their original protective film, and the bracelets/straps are unworn. Please ensure that the product is kept in the same condition as delivered. If the product shows signs of wear or has been used, WatchBandit may retain a portion of the payment to compensate for the diminished value.

The refund will be processed as promptly as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the return or being informed of the planned return. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the product.

When returning the item, please include your order number and the reason for return in a simple note, expressing your desire to reverse the purchase decision. We do not provide a specific form for this purpose.

Should your order value fall below €79 after the return, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from the total refund amount (refer to shipping prices above).
