Double Domed Sapphire Crystal Glass and well proportioned and finished case details
Its 4.5 mm thick double domed sapphire crystal glass has 5 layers of anti-reflective coating at the underside of the crystal, ensuring a high degree of clarity and minimal light reflection and distortion. Inside the unidirectional 60-minute bezel (120 clicks as per ISO/DIN specification for diving safety) sits an insert made of sapphire crystal as well. It is a well known bezel material in modern watches, which has a higher scratch resistance and superior longevity as the traditional ceramic, steel or aluminium bezel inserts.
Depth Gauge Dial
Water absorbs different wavelengths of light to different degrees. More than 50 percent of the visible light energy is absorbed by water within the first 10 meters. The longest wavelengths with the lowest energy, which is Red, are absorbed first. This is why at only 20 meters depth red fish appear nearly black, at 40 m saltwater has absorbed nearly all the red visible light. Followed by orange & yellow, only about 1 percent of visible light, mostly in the blue range, penetrates to 100 m. The colors disappear underwater in the same order as they appear in the color spectrum on the inner dial ring of the SeaBorne.

A screwdown crown is placed at the 3 o’clock position and is etched with the logo of the brand. Furthermore it is filled with BGW9 lume for easy access at night and it makes a very cool design detail in the dark. A helium escape valve is placed at the 9 o’clock, an important feature for saturation divers that use the strong 500 meters depth capacity of the watch.
The SeaBorne case is made of a 43 mm x 51 mm 316L stainless steel case, which is also called as surgical steel. This is a high grade, metallurgically strong steel that has a greater resistant to corrosives, which make it highly appreciated in marine environments.
Dial & Hands
A classy and highly luminous dial was of great importance, with a sandwich construction and generous layers of Superluminova C3 on the lower layer and BGW9 filled indices. The textured dial is made with great amount of attention to detail; It features a 3D sunburst structure and raised (applied) polished hour markers and printed AUDRIC Logo. The hands are Rhodium plated which gives that extra shine and durability.

Bracelet with integrated extension
The bracelet is solid, satin brushed and polished finished and surprises with an adjustable ratchet buckle for size adjustment (3 micro-adjust positions). Furthermore the bracelet features solid endlinks for additional toughness and balance. The width is 22mm at the lug and 20mm at the buckle.
Movement
The AUDRIC SeaBorne 500M is powered by the Swiss made Sellita SW 200-1 premium grade movement with Incabloc and Elaboré grade finishing. These movements are hugely used by the most renowned micro watch brands in the world. They convince with their accuracy as well as their robustness, ease of maintenance and are built to last for many years. The balance wheel runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour and the movement hacks (stopping second while pulling the crown and setting the time), comprising 26-jeweled bearings. It delivers a 38 hour power-reserve when fully wound and is regulated to 5 positions for precise time keeping.
The Case-back of the AUDRIC SeaBorne 500 has an engraving of a Sea Turtle which symbolizes strength, endurance and agility. Throughout history, many cultures adopted Sea Turtles as symbols for many different themes as well. Because of their long lifespan, sea turtles often symbolize patience, wisdom, endurance, and good luck. There is also a serial number engraved on each case back to make it unique. “xxx/300”. The SeaBorne will ship in a black luxury box with warranty card, and extra spring bars for your change to many different straps.
